Refund Policy
1 Deposit & Eligibility for Refunds
◦ A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to secure a booking.
◦ If a booking is canceled at least 45 days prior to the booked date, the deposit (40%) remains non-refundable, but the remaining 60% will be refunded.
◦ If a booking is canceled less than 90 days before the booked date, only the 40% deposit will be charged, and the remaining 60% will be refunded.
◦ In the case of a no-show (failure to attend the retreat without prior cancellation), the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be given.
2 Non-Refundable Cases
◦ The deposit (40% of the total amount) is non-refundable as of March 4, 2025, in all cases..
◦ No-shows or failure to use the services on the scheduled date will result in full payment being charged with no refund.
3 Processing Refunds
◦ Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
◦ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
4 Exceptional Circumstances
◦ Refunds due to emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
